Whats Required To Use Roadmaster BrakeMaster On 2000 Jeep Wrangler
Question:
I have a 200 Jeep Wragler and I plan on buying the Roadmaster 9160 RM 9160 braking system. and I have a couple of questions. What seat adapter will I need. Do I need the pressure reducer? Is there a light wiring kit for the Jeep that does not require cutting the wiring harness.

Expert Reply:
The recommended seat adapter for the Roadmaster BrakeMaster System part # RM-9160 on a 2000 Jeep Wrangler is the RoadMaster BrakeMaster Custom Seat Adapter part # RM-88154. You won't require the model with pressure reducer, you can use the standard one listed above. If you're looking for a no splice wiring harness then your best option is the Hopkins Custom Tail Light Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles part # HM56202.
If you don't already have a base plate and tow bar then take a look at the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit part # RM-521424-5 and Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain Tow Bar part # RM-522. Don't forget the RoadMaster 68" Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables part # RM-643.
