The Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller - 1 to 4 Axles - Proportional # 90195 from your question, as well as any other brake controller listed under the 2021, is compatible with your 2022 Honda Ridgeline. The only parts that are currently not confirmed to fit (As of 11/29/2021) are the plug-and-play wiring harnesses like the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter for Electric Brake Controllers - Honda # 3070-P.
This does not mean the wiring harness won't fit, it just has not been confirmed to work with the 2022 yet. The # 3070-P wiring harness has worked with the Honda Ridgeline since 2006. One end of this wiring harness plugs into the brake controller, and the other plugs into the built-in harness beneath your vehicle's dash. If you don't have the plug under the dash, it is also possible to hardwire the brake controller.
I have attached an installation video for your reference.
