Yes, Curt trailer hitch # C13020 will fit all models of the 2002 Chevy Blazer. I have included a link to a video showign a typical installation of the hitch for you.
If you plan on doing some towing I recommend etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts, 2 balls, a hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag. For trailer wiring use # 18252.
