can I purchase just the LED bulb and socket only from the Blue Ox BX88269 or BX88267 wiring kit?

Yes, although not the brand you requested we do offer just the bulb and socket that comes with the tail light wiring kits and it can be obtained using the Replacement Bulbs and Sockets part # RM-152-2 which has LEDs. The wire colors may not be the same but you can still use these in place of the ones that come with Blue Ox kits.
