Question:
I need to replace my Equa-Flex equalizers and shackles on our 2018 Grand Design 394M like the 395m RV. I need to know what are an upgrade for them, as they and the shackles are falling apart. Thank you!

Expert Reply:
As with any rubber equalizer, they can and will break down over time. That said, the Dexter E-Z Flex Suspension Kit comes with built-in zerk fittings, heavy duty shackles, and a five year warranty unlike the Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers which only have a one year warranty and no way to lubricate. Therefore, the Dexter E-Z Flex Suspension Kit will be a good upgrade option, part # K71-653-00 for 35" spread or part # K71-652-00 for a 33" spread.
