The Yakima EXO Swing Away 2 Bike Rack w/ Cargo Carrier - 2" Hitches # Y54ZR is going to allow you to open the rear doors of your 2021 Ram ProMaster 2500 at minimum up to 90 degrees but you may face a clearance issue with your passenger side door depending on the length of the door. From the center of the hitch to the locking pin for the swinging function it's approximately 29" inches so your door could potentially come into contact with the pin or the cargo rack which is just a few inches past the pin.

The only other issue you may have is the bumper clearance. This rack has a 4-1/4" inch distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the closest part of the rack. You'll want to measure from the center of the hitch pin hole to the edge of your bumper to ensure you have proper clearance. If you do not have enough clearance you can use the Yakima StraightShot Hitch Extension - 2" Hitches - 7-1/4" Long # Y69VR. This hitch extender is going to reduce the capacity of your hitch by 50% and is not rated for towing.

The EXO has a bike rack capacity of 40lbs per bike and cargo carrier capacity of 110lbs. It can fit bikes with wheel sizes of 20" - 29" and a maximum tire width of 4.8".
