Fat Bike Adapter Kit For Hollywood Racks Sport Rider E-Bike Rack

Question:
I have a Hollywood E Bike rack which holds 2 e-bikes. I want to replace one set 1 right and 1 left of wheel holders with a set of wheel holders which will hold a FAT tire bike, which I think are 4 inches wide tires,It is a Rad Rover. What do I need to order? Thank you.
