Flat Tow Certified Bike Rack for 50-60 lb. E-Bike

Question:

We tow a 2020 Ranger behind a Winnebago View and are looking for a bike rack solution that will carry 50-60lb E bike. The Thule looks like the way to go but there is nothing said about it being installed on a flat towed vehicle?

There is a rack that will work for you but the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack # TH903202 you referenced can not be flat towed. There is a diagram under the "Specs" with a green check mark for it can or a circle with line through it symbol for it can not. You want a rack that has the green check mark next to the flat-towed vehicle. I have included a picture of this from the # TH903202 for you to reference.
