The trailer hitch receiver I recommend for your 2022 Chevrolet Trailblazer is the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # DT55GR. I recommend the Draw-Tite hitch because it has a 2" receiver which will allow you to use a larger variety of accessories down the road.
If you need a wiring harness, I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector
# TK39FR. I recommend the T-One connector because it plugs directly into existing wiring.
If you need a ball mount, I recommend the Curt Towing Starter Kit for 2" Hitches - 2" Ball - 3/4" Rise, 2" Drop - 7.5K # C45534. The reason I recommend this kit because it is a starter kit that includes an 7-1/2" long, powder coated ball mount with a pre-torqued hitch ball; hitch pin and clip; hitch receiver lock with keys; hitch cover; and a storage case.
