I did speak to a representative from Stealth. While they were unable to give me an exact amount for the amount of power the wiring harness of the Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver w/ Towing Kit - Custom Fit - 2", part # 391TES317T, draws when not connected to a trailer, I was assured that it is minimal. According to Stealth it should not affect your 2021 Tesla Model 3's computer and/or vehicle's operation.
