Thanks for that info, and we do have an air bag kit that will fit your 2004 Ford F-350 Super Duty with a Curt gooseneck hitch. They are from Air Lift, and I verified for you that the gooseneck and air bags will work together; the correct part number for your F-350 is the following:
- Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57390
The mounting bracket of the # AL57390 will use the same bolt hole as your Curt gooseneck, and you'll use the gooseneck's existing bolt to secure this bracket; I have added a cut out from the installation instructions which show this. So these air bags are going to fit your '04 F-350 and do a superb job of giving your truck additional support when towing with your gooseneck of if you have a heavier load in the bed.
During the installation of these air bags, you are going to want to ensure your air lines are cut perfectly straight, and the best way to do this is by using the Air Hose Cutter # AL10530.
Also, I do highly recommend adding a compressor in order to make both monitoring and maintaining the air bags much easier, from just the comfort of your truck's cab. A very solid, economical way to do this is with the Air Lift Load Controller II Compressor System for Air Helper Springs # AL25592.
