Looking for snow cables for 2021 Mercedes GLE 450 315-40-R21 .

For your tire size of 315/40-21 the best and only option for snow chains/cables would be the Thule K-Summit part # TH02230K77. Similar to cables this is a very low clearance traction device for driving in snow that will give you better traction, installs much easier, and will last a lot longer as well. Unlike other chains this doesn't drape of the inside of the inner sidewall at all which basically means it would not require any clearance to fit.
