Can Base of B and W Companion be Swapped to Fit 2022 Ford F-350 OEM Rail Kit

I have the campion non slider in my 2020 gmc 3500 oem prep, do they make just the base for a 2022 f-350 oem prep? Thanks

You can take the head off of your fixed Companion hitch for the GM rail kit and swap it on to the base part # BWRVB3305 and you'd essentially have the # BWRVK3305 which fits the OEM rail kit of your 2022 Ford F-350 and has a 25k capacity.
You could do the same with the part # BWRVB3300 if you wanted the 20k capacity instead which would give you a # BWRVK3300.
