The AirLift # AL76KV isn't compatible with 2020 Ford F250 models, it's only compatible with Dual Rear Wheel F-350 models according to our fit guide, as confirmed by AirLift.
For a 2020 F250 with the factory tow/prep puck system, you'll want to use # AL23FJ for 4x4 models or # AL57391 for 2WD models. Both are confirmed fits per AirLift.
