looking for either 1/2x13 lug bolt or 1/2x13 lug stud, 1/2x13 is what goes into the hub, lug nut threads can be different.

For a thread-in wheel stud, we offer the following:

• # 25-51 which you'd looked at, which is a 1/2 inch diameter with a hub-end thread pitch of 8
• # 25-53 which also has a 1/2 inch diameter and a hub-end thread pitch of 13
• # 25-11 which is 9/16 of an inch in diameter with a hub-end pitch of 8

Given the information you provided, the # 25-53 would be what you're looking for.
