Can this rack be used on back doors barn style of a 2007 Ford E350 cargo van?

Yes, I confirmed with Saris that the Saris Bones 2 Bike Rack - Trunk Mount - Adjustable Arms # SA805BL will fit your 2007 Ford E350 cargo van with back barn style doors. However, you will not be able to open the back doors with the rack attached.
