Fresh Water Tanks Pump and the Valterra Antifreeze Hand Pump with City Water Connection

Question:
Watched the videos for the Valterra hand pump connected to the city water connection. My question, what happens to the fresh water pumps in my MH? Is the antifreeze going through the pumps as well? 2006 Fleetwood Bounder 33R

The Valterra Antifreeze Hand Pump, # P23507VP, when connected to the city water connection, will circulate fluid through the RV's water system on the back side of the fresh water tanks pump.
