Hi Kris,
Yes, you can run antifreeze through the Phoenix Faucets Hybrid RV Bathroom Faucet # PF232421, you'll just want to really rinse the plumbing out after winter to ensure it's safe. A little hand pump like the Valterra # P23507VP can help run the antifreeze through your plumbing.
I've attached a help article link below to help walk you through the winterization and de-winterization process. You will want to leave at least one faucet open to help prevent any pressure build up while the RV is in storage.
