I have a 2021 Chevy Silverado long bed and I am looking at the B&W turnover ball gooseneck hitch. What is the distance from the end of the bed to the hole where the ball goes?

The B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit item # BWGNRK1020 mounts directly over your 2021 Chevrolet Silverado's axle. The 4" diameter hole that has to be cut in your bed is 45 5/16" from the rear of your truck's bed. I have attached a diagram showing the dimensions.
You will also need a wiring harness for an in bed 7-way connector. I recommend the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Connector item # C56070. This provides a 7-way, RV-style connector in your truck bed for quick, simple hookup of your gooseneck trailer. The custom harness plugs in-line with your existing factory wiring so that you can retain use of your Chevrolet Silverado 2500's factory 7-way.
