The factory trailer brake controller in your 2011 Ford F-250 will have no issues at all working with the HydraStar Electric-Hydraulic Actuator w/ Line Kit for Disc Brakes # CAR-HBA16-2. It was just the controllers used in 2007 and 2008 Ford trucks that had compatibility issues, so you are good to go.
I will say that wiring these can be on the difficult side though, so I highly recommend using a junction box, like the # 277-000141, if you do not already have one. One of the big pluses with this one is that it comes pre-wired with a 7 Way already attached, so part of the work is already done for you.
The only other things you will need to complete your set up will be the rotors, calipers, and caliper brackets. The correct fit will depend on your axle capacity, wheel bolt pattern, and the inner and outer bearing numbers. From what I could find, the Montana 5th Wheels in 2019 look to have come with 7,000 pound axles, but I highly recommend verifying this either on the title for the trailer or by contacting the trailer manufacturer with the VIN.
With that being said, the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit - Dacromet # K2HR712D is designed for a 7,000 pound axle that uses an # 25580 inner bearing and # 14125A outer bearing. This will also need the # GS-2250DL seal, but the Bearing Kit # BK3-200 will include all these parts. The calipers and caliper brackets are also included in the # K2HR712D, and everything has the Dacromet finish, giving it a 300 to 400 hour salt-spray rating. The # K2HR712D will have an 8 on 6-1/2 bolt pattern as well.
