I have a great cargo box solution that will fit for you. However, while we do carry compatible crossbar systems that will allow you to attach the SportRack Horizon - 17 Cu. Ft. SR7017 to the non-glass roof of your 2010 Toyota Prius, there is not enough room on your roof to accommodate the required hatch clearance length. The # SR7017 requires at least 56 inches from the center of your front crossbar (in the furthest forward position) to the line where your roof/hatch meet. Sadly, I confirmed with your specs that you will not have enough roof for your trunk to open fully.
With that being said, we do have a great alternative that will fit perfectly. I recommend the Thule Pulse Large Rooftop Cargo Box - 16 cu ft # TH615. The Pulse includes a maximum weight capacity of 110 pounds and comes with a Thule one-key lock. As far as available space, the box comes with internal dimensions of 72" long x 31" wide x 14-1/2" tall. I went ahead and attached a video that shows the Pulse installed on a 2011 model to provide you with some perspective.
In order to install a rooftop box, you need a crossbar system. For a compatible crossbar system that will work with the Thule Pulse on the non-glass naked roof of your 2010 Toyota Prius, I recommend the Rhino-Rack ROC25 Roof Rack for Naked Roofs - Vortex Aero Crossbars # RR44SR.
The Rhino-Rack ROC25 Roof Rack includes locks to protect the components from theft. Also, with the width and height of these crossbars, you will be able to clamp the Thule Pulse to the crossbars.

I'm looking for aero roof bars and a cargo box with Maximum ski length capacity 200cm for my naked roof 2010 prius. A high storage capacity is perfered and a system that can be transferred to my next car too. I don't care if my hatch touches the box a little.
