I would be happy to help you find an axle for the trailer you are building. I have 2 options for you. The first is the Dexter Trailer Axle w/ Electric Brakes item # 8327816-EB. This trailer axle measures 86-1/2" from hub face to hub face, 71-1/2" from spring center to spring center and has a weight capacity of 5,200 lbs. It includes electric brake assemblies, hubs, drums, bearings, races, seals, and mounting hardware. The E-Z Lube spindles allow for simple lubrication. The second option I have for you, and the one I would go with, is the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System w Electric Brake Hubs item # A35RS545E. This axle-less suspension system offers a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern and a weight capacity of 3,500 lbs. The suspension system provides a safe, smooth, quiet ride for your trailer. I have linked videos for both products.
