Ford changed the dimensions on their mirrors for the 2021 models so the # KS81810 is not a confirmed fit. Manufacturers are currently designing new mirrors to fit but won't have any slide on mirrors until later this year.

In the meantime the CIPA Universal Fit Towing Mirrors - Clip-On - Qty 2 Item # CM11952-2 are a confirmed fit for all 2021 Ford F-150 Models and will offer an extended line of sight up to 7". These towing mirrors have adjustable ball-and-socket joints to let you adjust the angle of the mirror for a customized view. Simply clip these mirrors on and tighten them down using the adjustable straps.
