There are several different wiring harness that will fit your 2001 Toyota Sienna and I have included a link to them for you. However, the harness that you referenced, # C55384, will not fit your Sienna.
For a harness that plugs in line with the vehicle tail light wiring you can use # C55418. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you to view.
