For your 2021 Chevy Traverse the hitch I recommend is the mostly hidden Curt part # CU29FR which is only visible when you remove the rear bumper cover so it's totally hidden when not in use.
I attached an install video for this for you to check out as well on a similar Traverse. To add a 4-way trailer wiring harness you'd only need the part # C56394 which installs very easily and you'd be set. Install video for this is attached as well.
