Recommended Compressor for Roadside Tire Inflation
Published 10/19/2021 >
Question:
How can I make this compressor go in when I fill a tire and go off when I stop filling tire?? Right now you turn it on and it just runs and I’m assuming you can’t just let it run or something will pop ?

The best air compressor option we have for tire inflation is a portable kit like the Bulldog Winch Portable Air Compressor part # BDW41003 as it hooks up to a 12 volt outlet and there is a built-in pressure gauge so you can see the real time psi. We don't offer a way to auto fill a tire unfortunately, you'll need to monitor pressure as you fill the tire. The correct psi for a vehicle tire will be located on a sticker inside the door jamb.
The Firestone Heavy Duty Air Compressor is designed to be used with air suspension.
