Will Yakima OverHaul HD Ladder Rack Fit with Diamondback HD Tonneau Cover

Question:

Is there any solution to convert the mount on this rack from mount on the bed-rail to mounting on top of a Diamondback HD tonneau cover. I am looking to flush mount this ontop of a diamondback cover, I would be OK drilling holes in the Diamondback to I could mount what ever could be used finish the install of this rack

To connect the Yakima OverHaul HD # Y01151-5755 to your Diamondback HD cover you'll need to do some modification to the cover and possibly to the OverHaul HD. Since neither is designed to work with the other I recommend using a different tonneau cover to fit a ladder rack to your truck bed.

The adapter kit that comes with the OverHaul HD allows it to fit on a Retrax XR, Pace Edwards UltraGroove, or Ford Embark LS tonneau cover. If you don't want to get rid of your tonneau cover then we can look into installing a roof rack on your truck instead.

If you can let me know the year/make/model of your vehicle, the cab size, and the bed length as well as if it has anything special in the bed (like a track system) I can help you come up with a solution.
