In order to know if the Wheel Masters Wheel Covers - 16", 8-Lug Wheels # WM3160B0 will work for your vehicle, you need to know the wheel diameter and the lug-pattern of your 1999 Ford F-250. The # WM3160B0 will work if your vehicle has a diameter of 16 inches. This measurement is the length from one edge of the rim to the direct opposite side of the rim. Also, the # WM3160B0 will work only if your rims have an 8-lug pattern.
