Do the rails of this tonneau cover block the use of the bed stake holes?

The Pace Edwards Full-Metal JackRabbit Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover # 311-FMF1507 does partially cover the top of the stake pockets. All of the retractable tonneau covers partially cover the top of the stake pockets but the one that fits your 2004 Ford F-250 long that covers them the least is the RetraxPRO MX part # RT80323.
