Will the Timbren Suspension for the Ford F150 Affect Unloaded Ride Height
Updated 06/06/2013 | Published 06/05/2013 >
Question:
I just added a leveling kit to the front of my 2010 F150 4wd and am considering adding the Timbren suspension system to alleviate sag in the rear during towing. Right now the truck is level...will adding the Timbren suspension to the rear give it any lift when not towing or having cargo?

Expert Reply:
When unloaded you will not see a height increase with the Timbren System # TFR1502D installed on your 2010 Ford F150. You should find that when loaded with either cargo in the bed of your truck or towing a trailer that the rear does not sag as much.
Bottom line, when unloaded you will not see difference in ride quality or height with the # TFR1502D installed in your vehicle.
