Question:
Yakima 60x54 Lock/Load Platform Will this hold a 35x12.5inch spare tire. Is this rack compatible with OVS 180 Degree Awning one on both sides as well as an awning off the back of this rack? What is the load limit/weight limit for this rack? I have an ARE CX-HD which has the built in aluminum frame on the inside to support the bars on top.

If your spare tire has a 35" diameter then yes, the 60" Long x 54" Wide Yakima LockNLoad Platform Rack # Y05045-39 will have enough surface area for your tire. You can use the Spare Tire Carrier Kit # Y05032 to accomplish this.
I looked up your OVS 180 Degree Nomadic Awning and it looks like they have a mounting bracket designed for Yakima roof racks. If you use that bracket you should be able to mount an awning in any of the T-Slots on this rack.
The LockNLoad doesn't have a specified weight capacity. Yakima knew that this would be used for more extreme conditions so they have said that your roof rack weight rating is the limiting factor. So what you'll need to do is take the weight capacity of your roof rack and subtract 57 lbs to account for this LockNLoad.
