I am sorry to hear that!
All of the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Spring kits for your 2004 Ford F-150 use a 1/4" air line so to replace your damaged air line you will need the Replacement Air Line Kit # AL20086.
You will want to be careful when routing the new air line to keep it a decent distance away from your exhaust pipe or any suspension components to keep the line from being damaged.
