The Thule OutWay 3 Trunk-Mount Bike Carrier, part # TH56BV, will not fit properly on your 2007 Honda CR-V.

However, we have two 3-bike trunk-mount carrier that is compatible with your 2007 Honda CR-V. The Yakima HangOut 3-Bike Rack, part # Y02638 and the Saris Guardian 3-Bike Rack, both are demonstrated in the linked videos.

Of these two racks, I highly recommend the Yakima rack over the Saris rack because the Yakima HangOut has anti-sway cradles that will keep the bikes more secure during transport. Neither rack comes with locks.

There are some special instructions about your particular vehicle. You will need to attach the lower straps to the loops on the floor of your CR-V, rather than to the bottom edge of the hatch. Please note that none of the strap hooks should ever be attached to surfaces made of aluminum, plastic, glass, fiberglass or carbon fiber; only to steel. (You can use a small magnet to test; if the magnet sticks to a surface, then the hooks can be attached there.) Just read the instructions on the rack that you choose carefully to have a safe installation.
