Will my Reese 25k Pro Series 5th wheel fit this adapter plate? I have a 2015 F350 with OEM Puck system which I see the adapter will fit my truck.

Your Reese Pro Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - 25,000 lbs (part 30862) mounts to industry-standard rails, so it will 100 percent fit the Demco and Curt adapters:
- Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Ford OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package # DM6175
- Adapter Rails for Curt 5th Wheel Hitch - Ford and Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package # C88KR
I can also verify for you that the Demco # DM6175 and Curt # C88KR are each a fit for the Ford puck system you have in your F-350, and have a 25,000 lb capacity, so you can also use the entire capacity of your Pro Series 5th wheel hitch with either adapter. And since these two adapters will do exactly the same job, I recommend just going with the option that has the best price.
