The Adapter Rails # C88KR you are looking at does give you the same mounting pattern as the industry standard rails. As long as your Pull-Rite Superglide 5th wheel hitch fits those mounting points(see image below) you will be able to used this with you 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 With the 5th wheel prep/puck system.
