Question:

Does this kit fit my Atwood LP gas hot water heater in my RV? I want to bypass the LP gas and just use the electric to heat my water. Can I easily achieve this with this kit?

The Hott Rod RV Water Heater Conversion Kit # DGR6VP will fit your Atwood LP gas hot water heater assuming you have a 6 gallon tank. It is designed to fit a variety of water heaters with 6 gallon tanks, including Atwood. This kit will achieve what you are wanting to do, converting the hot water heater from propane to electric operation while keeping the LP system intact. It will install into the drain plug with a threaded adapter and comes with an adjustable thermostat.
