Thanks so much for the photo; based on that I was able to verify with Lippert that what you have is a Lippert 1116 pin box. The correct Goose Box to replace the 1116 is the following:

- Reese Goose Box 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Air Ride Coupler Adapter # RP94716-61301

The only thing to keep in mind is the Goose Box does have a 20,000 lb towing capacity and 4,000 lb pin weight, so if that's all you need then this will be perfect for you. Though if you do require a higher capacity, there is still a cushioned 5th wheel to gooseneck pin box replacement for your Lippert 1116, made by Gen-Y:

- 25,000 lb Towing Capacity, 3,500 lb - 5,500 lb Pin Weight Capacity: Gen-Y Hitch Shock Absorbing 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box # GY73FR
