i already have the center section and rails but i need just the mounting plates for a 2009 chevy silverado 1500 with a 8ft bed

We have exactly what you are needing.
Your 2009 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 with the 8' bed uses the B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Hitch # BWGNRK1007 but since you already have the center section you will need install kit # BWGNRM1007.
This includes everything but the center section, and while you already have the rails the mounting plates cannot be purchased by themselves.
