The Adco SFS AquaShed RV Cover # 290-52256 is what I recommend using on your 2005 Keystone Raptor toy hauler that measures 35-1/2 feet long. This popular cover fits toy haulers that are between 34'1" and 37' long, including any ladders or spare tire holders, so fitment will not be an issue as long as your total length is in between this range.
There are zippered panels on the rear and the passenger side which allow access to the inside of your toy hauler. The straps are weighted and have buckles to secure the cover underneath your toy hauler to prevent the cover from blowing off in high winds. I also recommend grabbing some tire/wheel covers to offer more protection from the elements; see attached link.
