Torque Specifications for Installing Curt Class III Receiver # 13445 on 2013 Toyota Highlander

I am installing the hitch but no instructions were included in the box you sent. I have watched the videos and have pretty much been able to everything but torque the bolts. What is the torque specification?

The torque specifications are mentioned in step # 4. If you wish, you can print the instruction sheet for future reference.
