Question:

I am considering the Inno Fairing for use with the Malone Square cross bars on a 2021 Jeep Cherokee. I will have a Roofnest RTT on top of the bars - can the RTT sit on top of the fairing clasps? or is there a better setup for use with an RTT?

I reached out to Roofnest to get their input but they did not have any information on using a fairing like Inno Fairing # INA261 that you found. I do not see the fairing causing any issues with the mounting of the Roofnest on your Malone square cross bars you have on your 2021 Jeep Cherokee, since the top portion of the clamp is so thin.

In checking the sizes I do see that the Roofnest is 48" wide when folded and thought that the 48" Inno Fairing # INA262 may work best for your application.
