Hello, i’ve recently bought a used car that came with one of your roof racks on top but the owner said he couldnt find the key is there any way i could get keys sent to my house so i can adjust the roof rack? thanks

There should be a number on the locking core of your Inno Roof Rack. We have a wide array of keys. If the core matches the key number on our site, that is the one you need!

Where do you see the number on the locking core on the Inno roof rack? Do you have to take it apart somehow as the only numbers are 1 for one of the racks and 2 for the other one so not sure where to find the numbers you reference. Thanks.
