what does the key look like the number on the lock is 2856? I ordered replacement keys and they go in but will not turn. we did lube the lock first.

The key for a Sears X-Cargo Sport 20 cargo carrier with a 2856 lock core is the # THKEYN2856. If you've already ordered the correct key and lubed the lock and still can't get it to open it may just be rusted out internally and need to be replaced. I recommend the Replacement Lock Core # SR03807. Make sure the lock core looks like this one to ensure this will work.
