Thule Hullavator Mounted to Thule AeroBlade Edge Roof Rack for Raised, Factory Side Rails

Question:
The Thule website states the Hullavator is compatible with their Aeroblade. However, I’ve read comments that it doesn’t work well with that crossbar. Do you have experience with the Hullavator and Aeroblade combination? Thanks.

The Thule Hullavator Pro Kayak Carrier, # TH898 is compatible with Aero style bars however, it is best that those bars extend past the edge of mounting tower/feet. See the attached images. That is the issue with the Thule AeroBlade Edge Roof Rack for Raised, Factory Side Rails, # TH7502-TH7502. These bars have a Kammback termination, meaning they slope downward to a termination point relatively flush with the rails and set in from the side of the vehicle.
