Can You Put a Transmission Cooler On A 2014 Jeep Patriot

Question:

I have a 2014 Jeep Patriot without towing package. In your experience how common is it to install a cooler on the Patriot? I am towing a tent trailer dry weight 350 lbs. Loaded add another 300 lbs max. I know that Jeep says you can tow a max of 1000 lbs, but I will be towing in the mountains where there are significant hills. Thanks for your help,.

The Derale Series 8000 Plate-Fin Transmission Cooler Kit w/Barb Inlets # D13502 is confirmed to fit your 2014 Jeep Patriot. I would not say it is something that is super common to do on the Patriot but I know it has been done and can be done.
