The SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs part # SSR-610-54 which is a fit for a 2021 Toyota Tundra is designed to work with the factory suspension. There are many different types of lift kit options. If the kit consists of a spacer block under the leaf springs then there should be no issue but if it's any other type of lift then the system may not work properly.
Another option assuming you have factory leaf springs is the RoadActive Suspension Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit part # RAS4611TD which most lift kits won't have an affect on.
