What Suggestions Do You Have for a Hitch for My 2019 Genesis G70?

Greetings Experts, It doesn't look like there exists a hitch for my 2019 Genesis G70. I’m extremely reluctant to use a trunk mount due to potential damage to the car’s finish. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.

I have a solution for you. Unfortunately, you are correct in saying that there aren't any manufacturers that have created a hitch specifically for your 2019 Genesis G70.

With that being said, if you are worried about the amount of surface area that makes contact with the vehicle with a trunk-mounted rack, I recommend a roof-rack system. In particular, I recommend the SeaSucker Monkey Bars # 298-SX6000B. Not only do the Monkey Bars have the easiest install/uninstall process, they also have one of the safest mounting methods out of any rack we carry. The reason why is because the Monkey Bars use a vacuum system that uses air compression and cups to mount to the roof. With the vacuum cups, you can rest assured that the finish on your vehicle is safe during transport of your bikes. In addition, the Monkey Bars have an impressive 150 pound weight capacity. For extra security of the Monkey Bars, I recommend the SeaSucker Cable Anchor for Cable Lock - Window Mounted # 298-BA0010 along with the etrailer cable lock # e98891.

As far as a bike rack, I recommend the Swagman Race Ready Roof Bike Rack # S64705. The Race Ready includes a wheel-mount system that will allow you to transport a bike on the round Monkey Bars up to 45 pounds. If you have more than one bike, you will be able to add a second Race Ready to fit onto the Monkey Bars.
