I have included a video that details this installation process below, specifically just past the 6:00 minute mark. The tow wiring I recommend for your 2021 Ford Ranger is the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit, part # RM-15267. With this setup, you can use your trucks tail lights and wiring system and prevent feedback from your RV. The installation can be time consuming, but most of that time will be spent routing your wire from the front of your truck to the rear of the truck.

Please keep in mind that you will also need a tow bar, base plates, safety cables, and a supplemental braking system to go along with this Roadmaster Diode wiring kit. My recommendations for these parts are as follows.
