The teardrop style of fender is only available as a pair, so for your tandem axle trailer with 15 inch wheels, the teardrop style is the Tandem Axle Teardrop Trailer Fenders - Rounded Edges - Steel - 14" to 15" Wheels - Qty 2 # HP94VR.
In regards to the bearings, since you have 3,500 lb axles, the correct option is the Bearing Kit # BK2-100.
For grease I recommend the LubriMatic Disc/Drum Brake and Wheel Bearing Grease # L11390, along with Bearing Packer # PTW1218.
