Can the Outlander carry a electric wheel chair on a 2inch hitch mounted lift?

In regard to the trailer hitch options for a 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander, the highest rated one is theCurt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13163 which has a 600 lb tongue weight capacity. That said, this rating is for the hitch only which is tested separately from the vehicle. If the vehicle's tongue weight capacity is lower, then that's the one you'd need to abide by. This can be verified in owner's manual.
The weight of the wheelchair and carrier cannot exceed the tongue weight capacity of hitch/vehicle. I have attached an install video I did on a newer model below as well.
